Junior Cricket Bat Size Guide
Tuesday, August 12, 2008 : Bats
Are you looking for a junior cricket bat for your son or daughter? Recently my son asked me for a larger size junior cricket bat. The general advice is for a bat that feels right but there are also height/size guides to indicate which one is best.
I personally recommend not getting a bat that is too heavy as this can stop a junior from playing all the shots comfortably. If it is unwieldy they can also become frustrated and lose patience, with the bat ending up in next door's hedge.
