Shock horror, Australia are still number one in the world of test cricket. Talk of sea changes and new world orders is distinctly premature. Although not perfect, the ICC Test Rankings are the best statistical indicator to show the relative performance of the cricket playing nations. Why are Australia are still number one in the world?
